NALO Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services operated by NALO, including NALO websites, applications, artificial intelligence services, browser extensions, APIs, integrations, software, accounts, and other products or services made available by NALO.
By accessing or using a NALO service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Some NALO services may have additional rules, notices, or terms. Where additional terms apply, they form part of your agreement with NALO.
1. NALO Services
NALO operates a range of digital products and services.
These include services operated through NALO AI, such as Kyro, as well as other NALO software, websites, applications, integrations, tools, APIs, and services.
NALO may introduce, modify, rename, combine, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must use NALO services in accordance with applicable laws.
Some services may have specific age requirements.
If you are under the age required to independently agree to these Terms in your location, you may only use the applicable service with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NALO services is permitted in your country or region.
3. NALO Accounts
Certain NALO services require a NALO account.
You agree to provide accurate information where required and to keep your account secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity occurred because of a security failure for which you were not responsible.
You must not:
- Share access to an account where doing so is prohibited by the relevant service
- Access another person's account without permission
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes
- Sell, transfer, or distribute accounts where prohibited
- Circumvent account restrictions or enforcement actions
NALO may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Acceptable Use
You must use NALO services responsibly and lawfully.
You must not use NALO services to engage in, assist with, promote, or facilitate serious harmful or unlawful activity.
4.1 Illegal and Abusive Activity
You must not use NALO services for activities including:
- Fraud
- Scams
- Theft
- Unauthorised access to systems or accounts
- Distribution of malware
- Credential theft
- Deliberate disruption of systems or networks
- Serious threats or targeted harassment
- Exploitation or abuse
- Other activity prohibited by applicable law
NALO may immediately suspend or terminate access for serious violations.
4.2 Artificial Intelligence Misuse
You must not intentionally abuse NALO AI systems or attempt to interfere with their operation.
Prohibited activity may include:
- Automated abuse or excessive request generation
- Circumventing rate limits, credit limits, or safeguards
- Attempting to obtain hidden system instructions, secrets, credentials, or internal configuration through exploitation
- Using NALO AI to facilitate prohibited or unlawful activity
- Deliberately attempting to degrade or disrupt AI infrastructure
- Reverse-engineering NALO systems where prohibited by law or these Terms
Normal experimentation, prompting, coding assistance, testing, and discussion of AI behaviour are not automatically considered violations.
4.3 Sexual and Explicit Content
NALO may restrict pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content depending on the service.
Content involving sexual exploitation or minors is strictly prohibited.
NALO may remove content or restrict accounts where necessary to enforce these requirements.
4.4 Hate, Harassment and Threats
Users must not use NALO services to make credible threats, coordinate harassment, encourage violence, or deliberately target individuals or protected groups with severe abusive conduct.
Context may be considered when determining whether content violates these Terms.
4.5 Spam and Platform Abuse
You must not use NALO services to:
- Send large amounts of unsolicited content
- Manipulate service limits
- Interfere with normal service operation
- Generate artificial activity
- Abuse promotional offers
- Circumvent technical restrictions
- Operate bots or automated systems against NALO services without permission where permission is required
4.6 Enforcement Evasion
You must not create or use additional accounts to deliberately evade:
- Suspensions
- Account termination
- Usage restrictions
- Safety restrictions
- Rate limits
- Credit restrictions
- Other enforcement actions
NALO may restrict associated accounts where deliberate evasion is detected.
5. Enforcement
NALO may use warnings, restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent termination, content removal, feature restrictions, or other proportionate enforcement actions.
NALO is not required to use a fixed number of warnings or strikes before taking action.
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Where practical, NALO may consider factors such as:
- Severity of the violation
- User intent
- Repeated behaviour
- Risk to other users or NALO
- Previous enforcement history
- Applicable legal obligations
NALO may use automated systems to identify potentially abusive activity. Human review may also be used where appropriate.
6. Appeals
Where NALO provides an appeal process, users may request review of certain enforcement decisions.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that an enforcement action will be reversed.
Users must not knowingly provide false or misleading information during an appeal.
NALO may limit repeated, abusive, or fraudulent appeals.
7. User Content
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit to NALO services.
By submitting content, you grant NALO the permissions reasonably necessary to:
- Store it
- Process it
- Transmit it
- Display it where required by the service
- Analyse it
- Provide requested features
- Maintain and secure the service
- Enforce these Terms
- Perform functions described in the NALO Privacy Policy
This permission lasts for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the applicable service and comply with NALO's legal, security, and retention obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit content to NALO services.
8. NALO AI and Generated Content
NALO AI services, including Kyro, use artificial intelligence systems to generate responses and other content.
AI-generated information may:
- Be incorrect
- Be incomplete
- Be outdated
- Misinterpret your request
- Contain unexpected content
- Produce similar responses for different users
You should verify important information before relying on it.
NALO AI is not a substitute for qualified professional advice in areas such as medicine, law, finance, emergency response, or other high-risk decisions.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
9. Third-Party AI Providers
NALO AI may use third-party model providers, including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI.
Information necessary to process a request may be transmitted to those providers.
Use of NALO AI is also subject to the data practices and technical limitations described in the NALO Privacy Policy.
NALO may change AI providers or models without prior notice.
10. AI Feedback and Model Improvement
Some NALO AI services may allow users to submit feedback, including thumbs-up, thumbs-down, reports, ratings, or written feedback.
If you submit feedback, you allow NALO to use that feedback and related conversation information to evaluate, test, improve, train, or develop NALO AI systems where permitted.

11. Files and Attachments
Some NALO services allow files, images, documents, or other attachments to be uploaded.
You must not upload content that:
- You do not have permission to provide
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains malicious software
- Is intended to compromise or disrupt a service
- Violates applicable law or these Terms
NALO may limit file types, sizes, storage duration, or attachment availability.
12. Browser Extensions
NALO may provide browser extensions, including extensions for browsers such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Extensions may request browser permissions necessary for their features.
Certain features may access or process webpage content only when required to perform the requested action.
You are responsible for reviewing permissions before installing or enabling an extension.
NALO may update extension permissions where necessary to support new or changed functionality.
You must not modify, redistribute, exploit, or use a NALO browser extension in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
NALO services may be accessible through third-party platforms such as Discord or other applications.
When using NALO through another platform, you must also follow that platform's rules and terms.
NALO is not responsible for the availability, moderation decisions, policies, security, or operation of third-party platforms.
Third-party integrations may change or stop working if the relevant external platform changes its services, APIs, permissions, or policies.
14. NALO APIs
NALO may provide APIs or developer tools.
API access may be subject to:
- Rate limits
- Usage limits
- Authentication requirements
- Credit limits
- Technical restrictions
- Separate developer documentation
- Additional service-specific rules
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass API restrictions
- Share private credentials
- Abuse API infrastructure
- Use credentials belonging to another user without permission
- Resell or redistribute API access where prohibited
- Use the API in a way that violates these Terms
NALO may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue API access at any time.
15. NALO AI Credits and Usage Limits
Some NALO services may use credits, quotas, rate limits, or other usage systems.
Credits or usage allowances may vary depending on:
- Service
- Account type
- Subscription
- Feature
- Model
- Promotion
- Technical cost
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, virtual credits provided by NALO:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be redeemed for money
- Cannot be transferred between users
- May expire
- May be changed or discontinued
NALO may correct credit balances affected by errors, abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
16. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Some NALO services may require payment or offer optional paid features.
Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal information will be shown when applicable.
Third-party stores or payment processors may handle some transactions.
Where a purchase is made through another platform, refunds and billing may also be governed by that platform's policies.
NALO may change pricing or available subscription plans in the future, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.
17. Beta, Experimental and Preview Features
NALO may release features marked as beta, preview, experimental, early access, testing, or similar.
These features may:
- Contain bugs
- Change significantly
- Be incomplete
- Lose stored information
- Become unavailable
- Be discontinued without becoming permanent features
You use experimental features at your own risk.
18. Intellectual Property
NALO services, software, branding, designs, logos, code, interfaces, and other materials owned by NALO are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permission is explicitly provided, you may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, falsely represent, or commercially exploit NALO intellectual property.
"NALO", "Kyro", associated branding, logos, and service names may not be used to falsely imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with NALO.
19. Third-Party Content and Services
NALO services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, APIs, services, applications, advertisements, or content.
NALO does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
Use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate agreements.
20. Service Availability
NALO services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
NALO does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Permanent storage
- Compatibility with every device
- That every feature will remain available
- That AI-generated information will be accurate
- That external integrations will continue functioning
NALO may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue services.
21. Changes to Services
NALO develops services rapidly.
Features, interfaces, models, pricing, limits, providers, APIs, storage systems, and functionality may change over time.
NALO may make changes without prior notice where reasonable, although significant changes may be announced where appropriate.
22. Data and Privacy
Use of NALO services is also governed by the NALO Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how NALO may collect, process, store, share, and protect information.
If you use NALO services, you acknowledge the data practices described in that policy.
23. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using NALO services at any time.
NALO may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Violations of these Terms
- Serious security concerns
- Fraud or abuse
- Legal requirements
- Risk to NALO or other users
- Repeated attempts to evade restrictions
- Discontinuation of a service
Termination may result in loss of access to stored content, conversations, credits, settings, or other account data.
24. Data After Termination
Information associated with terminated or deleted accounts may be handled according to the NALO Privacy Policy.
Some data may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, abuse-prevention systems, or third-party infrastructure.
NALO does not guarantee that every copy of account information will be immediately deleted when an account is terminated.
25. Security
You must not attempt to:
- Circumvent security systems
- Access restricted systems without permission
- Steal credentials
- Exploit vulnerabilities for harmful purposes
- Disrupt NALO infrastructure
- Introduce malware
- Perform denial-of-service attacks
If you discover a security vulnerability, you should report it privately to NALO instead of exploiting it or publicly exposing sensitive information.
26. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, NALO does not make guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, suitability, or performance of its services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NALO will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use of or inability to use NALO services.
This includes losses resulting from:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss
- Third-party platforms
- AI-generated responses
- External APIs
- Account restrictions
- Device or browser compatibility
- Experimental features
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
28. Changes to These Terms
NALO may update these Terms as services, technologies, policies, or legal requirements change.
When significant changes are made, NALO may provide notice through its websites, applications, services, or other appropriate channels.
The Last Updated date at the top shows when these Terms were most recently revised.
Continued use of NALO services after updated Terms take effect means you agree to the updated Terms where permitted by law.
