By accessing or using any Nalo services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Kyro (Nalo AI), Nalo Games, Nalo Games Launcher, Nalo Notes.
You must use Nalo services in compliance with applicable laws. Minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3.1 Criminal Activity: You may not use Nalo for illegal activities, fraud, hacking, or scams. Serious violations result in immediate termination.
3.2 AI Misuse: No jailbreaking, reverse-engineering, or automated abuse of Kyro.
3.3 NSFW Content: Zero Tolerance. No pornographic or explicit material. Violations result in 2 strikes or immediate termination.
3.4 Hate Speech: No racial slurs or harassment. Use of slurs counts as two (2) strikes.
3.5 Profanity: Repeated aggressive abuse directed at systems may result in strikes.
3.7 Evasion: Creating new accounts to bypass bans or storage limits results in immediate termination of all accounts.
Standard System: 1st Strike (Warning), 2nd Strike (Final Warning), 3rd Strike (Termination).
Enhanced Rules: Slurs (2 strikes), NSFW (2 strikes/Termination), Illegal activity (Immediate Termination).
Appeals: Users may submit an appeal. False info during appeal leads to termination. Decisions are final.
You retain ownership of content, but grant Nalo permission to store and process it to operate services.
Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or permanent storage.
Data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
