Nalo respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across our services.
This policy applies to: Kyro (Nalo AI), Nalo Games, Nalo Games Launcher, Nalo Notes.
Nalo does not sell personal data, run advertisements, or use tracking beyond what is necessary to operate our services.
Nalo Accounts are used to access certain features across our services. We collect: Email address, Basic account activity data, and Limited usage statistics (aggregated).
Password Security: Passwords are never visible to Nalo. All passwords are securely hashed and stored using Firebase Authentication.
Kyro (Nalo AI): Conversations may be processed by AI systems. Nalo uses AI technology which may involve third-party model providers. We do not sell or use AI conversation data for advertising.
Nalo Notes: Content is stored to allow access later. Automated systems may scan text for TOS violations, safety concerns, or abuse prevention.
Nalo Games & Launcher: We collect basic usage data and technical data required for performance.
NSAS is designed to detect content suggesting self-harm or credible threats toward others. It operates automatically and does not permanently store user text.
Nalo uses automated AI moderation tools. The AI system does not automatically ban users. All enforcement actions are reviewed and decided by the Nalo team.
Nalo relies on Firebase and other hosting providers. These providers may process technical data like IP addresses. Nalo does not sell, trade, or monetize this data.
We do not use cookies for advertising. Essential cookies and local storage are used for login functionality.
If your account is permanently terminated, data may be retained for up to 90 days. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted and non-recoverable.
You may request deletion of your Nalo Account at any time by contacting teamatnalo@gmail.com.
Continued use of Nalo services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
